Get In Early. Get $250 When You Lease!
Priority Applicants get in line before apartments are released to the general public — and if you go on to sign a 2027–28 lease, you’ll get a $250 rent credit on your new account.
Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Choose from our floorplan sizes below and pick the size and room configuration that works best for you.
Step 2 – Apply: We’ll need a completed application from you, all of your roommates, and your guarantor. Make sure you use the promo code “PRIORITY” when you apply.
Step 3 – You’ve Got Next: Once your group’s applications are complete, you’re on the Priority Applicant List. We’ll keep you updated as apartments become available.
Make sure to apply on a computer. The Promo Code field on the application will not appear on mobile devices. Once an apartment is available, we’ll send your lease documents. Review and approve the rate and lease term, pay the required deposit, and sign within the stated timeframe to lock it in.
